And with that, he bounces back up to an even point-per-game pace -- 27 in 27. On the down side, 22 of those points are assists, so Backstrom's currently on one of the worst goal-scoring paces of his career. This is highly reminiscent of the lockout-shortened 2012-13, in which he delivered a point per game over 48 contests, but scored just eight times.
