At least for one game, Sheldon Souray proved he can still be an effective offensive defenseman. Souray scored on the power play and did a fairly good job as the Ducks' quarterback on the first unit. It remains to be seen if Souray will get consistent time on the first power play. Cam Fowler, who is slated to get a good chunk of the playing time with the man advantage, missed the game due to the flu. That said, we like Souray's chances of having a bounce back season.
