Zub had the breakout pass to Brady Tkachuk, who then set up a Connor Brown goal in the third period. The 26-year-old Zub has picked up helpers in each of the last three games after going six contests without a point. He's not the steadiest scorer, but he's at 18 points, 61 shots on net, 113 hits, 108 blocked shots, 42 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 59 outings. Zub will continue to see time in a top-four role as a mainly defensive presence.
