Englund was sent down following Sunday's overtime win over St. Louis. He has one assist, four shots on goal, seven blocks and 36 hits in nine outings with the Avalanche this season. It wouldn't be a surprise if Englund was called up prior to Tuesday's game versus Philadelphia.
