Antti Niemi will be in goal for San Jose on Saturday night versus Minnesota despite some superb play from backup Alex Stalock of late. Stalock has posted shutout wins in each of his last two outings, including a 1-0 win against Winnipeg on Thursday. Niemi hasn't been playing poorly and he's still the team's number goalie, so the decision to keep going with him shouldn't be called into question. He has won four of his last five starts and he has allowed just nine goals (four of which came in one game) over that span. Stalock's hot play could earn him some extra playing time, though.
