Antti Niemi was pulled during the second period of Monday's 5-3 loss to Anaheim. He surrendered four goals on 26 shots in his 11th straight appearance between the pipes for the Sharks. Niemi's record dropped to 28-19-9 on the year with the defeat, but he should plenty more action for the remainder of 2011-12. Thomas Greiss made 13 saves on 14 shots in relief in his first outing since Feb. 26.
