Antti Niemi was beaten twice on 26 shots as the Sharks fell 3-1 to the St. Louis Blues on Saturday night. Niemi had a shutout going until half way through the third period. Niemi was then beaten twice in under a minute as the Blues stormed back to steal a win from the Sharks. The Sharks went deep into last year's playoffs, but have been eliminated in the first round by the Blues.
