Antti Niemi (cyst) had a long off-ice workout and participated in the Sharks' practice on Friday. Niemi is feeling better than he was on Thursday, but he'll wait to see how he feels on Saturday morning after a day of rigorous exercise. "If it gets worse - as it maybe has been before - then we might have to see what we do then," Niemi said. "If it's fine tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, then it's a good sign." The Sharks are hoping Niemi will be available for their season opener, but he should still be considered questionable for now. We'll keep you posted.
