Antti Niemi allowed two goals on 33 shots in the San Jose Sharks' 2-0 setback to the Phoenix Coyotes on Thursday night. The keeper allowed one in the second and one in the third and with the way Mike Smith was playing, had very little room for error. Niemi has now lost two straight after recording three wins in a row. The loss dropped San Jose out of the playoff picture and into ninth place in the Western Conference with four games to go.
