Anton Volchenkov (hand) said he is "ready to go" after participating in Thursday's practice. The defensive blueliner has missed the past three games with a hand injury that he originally sustained last week in Toronto and then aggravated against Ottawa. Volchenkov will probably come off injured reserve prior to Friday's contest versus Dallas and make his return to lineup.
