Anton Volchenkov did not practice on Thursday because a team spokesperson said he was "resting." Volchenkov briefly left Tuesday's series-clinching contest against Philadelphia following a hit from Philadelphia's Zac Rinaldo, but he returned and finished the match. He'll probably be available for the third round of the postseason, but we'll keep you posted if we hear otherwise.
