Antii Niemi allowed four goals on 30 shots, as the Chicago Blackhawks defeated the San Jose Sharks 5-3 on Tuesday night. This was probably Niemi's weakest outing of the year. He allowed three goals in the first period, and then was left out to dry thanks to a giveaway on Patrick Kane's game winning goal in the second. Niemi now has dropped two straight, this being his first loss in regulation. Nevertheless, San Jose looks like they're a team to be reckoned with and fantasy owners should respond by inserting Niemi in their lineups as much as possible.
