Anthony Stewart, who is back in North America after suiting up for the Nottingham Panthers of the Elite Ice Hockey League, is still optimistic that the 2012-13 NHL campaign can be saved. "I've still got faith," he said Monday. "It's a waiting game now, but you've got to have that optimism." Stewart spoke fondly of his time in Nottingham, where he recorded 11 points in 19 games. "It was a great life experience," he stated. "The main thing over there was to just get some games in and stay in game shape. It's a lot easier to fall out of shape than stay in shape. I left the team in first place. It was definitely a great time."
