Andrei Markov is eligible for unrestricted free agency in July and his future with the Canadiens isn't clear at this moment. Montreal GM Marc Bergevin wouldn't talk about his pending free agents, but he did hint that training camp would be spirited with defensemen Nathan Beaulieu, Greg Pateryn and Jarred Tinordi set to compete for roster spots. Francis Bouillon, Doug Murray and Mike Weaver can also become UFAs next month, so expect to see some new faces on the Habs' back end next season.
