Anderson will be the starter for Thursday's opener against the Predators, Wayne Scanlan of the Ottawa Citizen reports. Anderson took a huge step back last season with a 3.00 GAA and .911 save percentage, but still managed to provide a 25-16-8 record over his 53 appearances. Even after the disappointing season, the Senators rewarded him with a three-year, $12.6 million extension, which should give him some level of job security over backup Robin Lehner.
