Andersen earned the win as Anaheim beat Buffalo 5-1. Andersen was not busy as he only faced 12 shots, stopping 11, as his offense potted five goals to help him secure his second win of the season. Andersen seems to have the edge as the number one netminder, although backup John Gibson will continue to get starts.
