Renowned for his abilities as a shutdown defender, the 27-year-old defenseman is having a terrific start to the 2016-17 campaign, especially after undergoing offseason sports hernia surgery over the summer. His three points in seven games are a nice bonus, but his career-highs barely crest the 20-point mark, so it's unlikely this hot streak is a precursor of a breakout season, so his fantasy upside is limited in most formats.
