This one was a scoreless tie deep into the third period before Vladimir Tarasenko's power-play marker gave Allen all the help he'd need. He's now posted shutouts in consecutive starts, and as good as Brian Elliott has been in his own right, it's clear that Allen needs to see more regular action.
