Allen is slated to start Tuesday's game against the Penguins, NHL.com's Lou Korac reports. Allen, who allowed two goals on 25 shots in Sunday's 2-1 overtime loss to Detroit, will be making his second straight start for the Blues, on the heels of taking over for Brian Elliott, who was pulled from Saturday's loss to the Wild.
