Alexander Urbom has been sent to AHL Albany. The Devils were allowed to do that immediately after claiming Urbom because he started the season with New Jersey and they were the only team to put in a claim for him when Washington waived Urbom on Tuesday. He has two points and 19 penalty minutes in 20 contests in 2013-14.
