Alex Galchenyuk played hero for Montreal Thursday as he was credited with the overtime winner in the Canadiens' 3-2 overtime win over the Rangers. Galchenyuk was on the fortunate end of a bouncing puck as a rebound diverted by Henrik Lundqvist caromed directly off his chest before it ricocheted into the Rangers goal. The Canadiens were outplayed in the contest, but ended up with a win primarily because of the play of Dustin Tokarski. Daniel Briere and Andrei Markov also found the back of the net for the Habs in the winning effort.
