Adam Lowry has adjusted well this season to his new position at center. He has been back on left wing the past few games, but his size and versatility have been displayed early into this campaign. Lowry has recorded nine goals and 21 points in 20 games as captain of the WHL's Swift Current Broncos. "I've been happy with my start," he said. "I knew coming into the year it was going to be big for me because I missed the last half coming off (wrist) surgery. I wanted to get off to a good start, not only for myself but for the team. I've battled a little bit of inconsistency, but I've been getting back on the right track." He hasn't an issue with his wrist this year and will participate in both games of the Super Series for Team WHL against Russia. Lowry is hoping to land on the radar of Hockey Canada for the world junior team with a strong performance in the two-game set. He was chosen by the Winnipeg Jets in the third round of the 2011 draft.
