Adam Larsson doesn't mind the longer travel times in the AHL after experiencing them in Sweden as well. "I'm kind of used to this from my time in Sweden," said the 20-year-old defenseman. "Some of those bus trips were four hours. You just have to get used to it. You have no other options. There is no way out. You have to sit on the bus for four hours and still play. Of course I'd rather sit on a plane, but this is how it is right now." The Albany Devils traveled for 17 hours covering nearly 1,000 miles on buses for three games in three days last week. Larsson has performed well so far this season, with two goals and nine points in 19 games, but the team has struggled thus far with only four wins to start the year.
