According to Todd Bertuzzi's agent, his client will sign a two-year extension with the Detroit Red Wings as soon as Thursday. A two-year deal is a bit of an accomplishment for Bertuzzi, who turned 37 on Feb. 2. Still, Bertuzzi has been solid with 12 goals and 29 points in 54 games this season. He's projected to earn about $2.2 million per season in his new contract, which seems reasonable.
