Abdelkader left Sunday's game against the Canucks with an upper-body injury and will not return, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports. The origin of Abdelkader's injury is unclear at this point, but it will cause him to miss the remainder of Sunday's game at a minimum. The team next plays Tuesday, but they should give an update on the 27-year-old forward's status before then.
