Allard signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Nashville on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Allard, a product of the QMJHL, was selected by the Predators in the third round of the 2016 NHL Draft. The 18-year-old will likely spend the 2016-17 campaign back with his junior squad, the Chicoutimi Sagueneens in order to further develop his game. Fantasy owners in dynasty leagues may want to keep an eye on the offensive minded defender as he nearly averaged a point per game last season.
