Drayson Bowman missed Monday's practice due to a sinus infection or cold. Bowman might not travel with the Hurricanes for their road games on Tuesday and Wednesday. He has two goals and seven points in 25 games in 2011-12.

The Hurricanes recalled Drayson Bowman from Charlotte of the AHL. Bowman, who has been making his way from Charlotte to Raleigh and back all season, was sent down Sunday only to be called upon again Tuesday. The 22-year-old forward is 2-4-6 in 17 NHL contests.

The Carolina Hurricanes have reassigned forward Drayson Bowman to Charlotte of the AHL. Bowman, who had been with the Hurricanes since Feb. 1 as a replacement for Chad LaRose, recorded one assist in four games, good for six points in 17 games played this season.

Drayson Bowman is expected to play on Thursday in Boston. He was brought up from the minors on Wednesday as a replacement for Chade LaRose, who is sidelined with flu-like symptoms.

Carolina has recalled Drayson Bowman. He has generated 11 goals and 11 assists in 34 games with the AHL's Charlotte Checkers this year and he has five points in 13 appearances with the Hurricanes.

Drayson Bowman was called up from the minors on Saturday January 28.

Drayson Bowman has been sent down to AHL Charlotte. It looks like Bowman is getting pushed off of the roster by the return of Patrick Dwyer (upper body). Bowman has two goals and five points in 13 games with Carolina this season.

Drayson Bowman got his first assist of the season on Thursday. Bowman now has three points in 10 games with the Hurricanes this season after recording just one point in 23 contests with them in 2010-11. Bowman has been averaging just 13:55 minutes with Carolina this season and he was limited to 10:09 minutes in Thursday's 4-3 overtime victory.

Drayson Bowman played on a line with Eric Staal on Thursday. Bowman, who was called up because Jeff Skinner has a concussion, scored two goals in Carolina's 4-3 win over Vancouver. Bowman is worth keeping an eye on to see if he continues to get top line minutes, but he's a long-shot to have much fantasy value in standard leagues.

Drayson Bowman got two goals in the Hurricanes' 4-3 win over the Canucks Thursday night. Bowman, 22, had eight goals and six assists in 23 games with the Charlotte Checkers this season before being called up from the minors earlier this week. He should not have much fantasy value for the rest of the season.
