Kulikov suffered an undisclosed injury late in Thursday's loss to the Wild, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.Kulikov not made available to the media after the loss, so the extent and nature of his injury remain unknown. The Panthers won't hold a morning skate in advance of Friday's match against the Stars, so it looks like we could go down as a game-time decision.

Kulikov assisted on Sean Bergenheim's game-winning power-play goal Thursday against the Blue Jackets. Bergenheim deflected Kulikov's shot with 6:52 remaining off the ice and into the net for the deciding tally. The 2009 first-rounder has yet to deliver the offense the Panthers were counting on when they drafted him 14th overall, but he should still be able to maintain some relevance in deeper formats.

Kulikov (illness) will return the the lineup Sunday against the Oilers, George Richards of the Miami Herald reports. Kulikov didn't play Friday due to the flu, and didn't practice Saturday either. It appears he is feeling healthy enough to return Sunday, and he will look to add to his point total (12) while trying to keep the Oilers off the scoreboard.

Kulikov (illness) didn't participate in Saturday's practice, Harvey Fialkov of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. A case of the flu prevented Kulikov from suiting up for Friday's game against the Flames and looks to be at missing the Panthers' contest Sunday in Edmonton. Coach Gerard Gallant said the team hasn't ruled Kulikov out for the game, but he'll probably need to participate in the team's morning skate to have any shot at suiting up.

Kulikov scored his first goal of the season and added an assist in Sunday's win over Toronto. Kulikov now has 11 points in 29 games, to go with a minus-4 rating. Averaging 22:27 of ice time on Florida's second defensive pairing, Kulikov could hit the 30-point mark in his sixth NHL season. While he's a decent option in deeper formats, the 24-year-old has been too inconsistent this season to be depended on in shallower leagues. After scoring eight times in 2013-14, Kulikov has managed just one goal this time around. He's still worth a look in some deep leagues, as the Panthers are rolling, having won four of their past five games.

Kulikov notched his fifth assist in as many games during Monday's 4-1 loss against the Wild. Kulikov's assist came after his slapshot was tipped in by Shawn Thornton in the second period. He also contributed three shots on goal and was a plus-1 rating, being the only plus player for Florida. Kulikov has seemed to find his offensive game of late, compiling five assists --one on the power-play-- in his last five games.

Kulikov assisted on the first goal of the contest in Thursday's shootout win against the Sharks. After missing four games due to injury, Kulikov returned to the lineup in a big way for the Panthers. His first shot on goal was tipped in by Nick Bjugstad to give him his fifth assist on the season. He also had two penalty minutes with three shots on goal and a team high five blocked shots. Florida did not ease him into the lineup because he ended up playing 23:42 of ice time which was only behind Brian Campbell. He also played 3:48 minutes on the second unit power play. Only concern is that Aaron Ekblad has taken his usual spot on the first power play unit since he was out with the knee injury. Unless Ekblad has a bit of a slump, don't expect Kulikov to see top unit minutes any time soon.
