After skating at the tail-end of Monday's practice, Savard lasted for the whole session Wednesday. When Savard will return is unclear, but it seems to be sooner rather than later following Wednesday's news. Even after Seth Jones was acquired on Jan. 6, Savard still averaged 23:38 of time on ice per game in the three full contests he played, so he should continue to see top-three minutes upon his return.
