Crawford will get the start in goal in Friday's road matchup with the Predators, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford wasn't perfect in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Blues, surrendering three goals on 32 shots, but all three goals were scored while St. Louis was on the man advantage, with Crow standing tall during even-strength play. Crawford will look to bounce back Friday against a Predators team he dominated last season, compiling a 3-1-0 record with a highly impressive 1.51 GAA and .960 save percentage over four games.

Crawford stopped 29 of 32 shots during Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Blues on Opening Night.
EDGE Analysis
The end result is ugly, as Crawford looked sharp in the first period only to falter after the initial intermission. The 31-year-old may still be knocking off the rust, at least that's what fantasy owners would like to think. The Blues are an explosive offense and got the best of the netminder in quick fashion during Opening Night. Crawford is an excellent goalie who posted a 35-18-5 record to go along with .924 save percentage and 2.37 GAA last season, so expect the 2003 second-round pick to improve moving forward.

Crawford will be the Blackhawks' starting goalie for the season opener against St. Louis on Wednesday, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
As expected, Crawford is still the number one netminder in Chicago. He's been in his prime the last few years, and barring injury, he will be one of the most valuable fantasy goalies this year.

Crawford made 19 saves in Chicago's 2-1 loss to St. Louis on Saturday night.
EDGE Analysis
The game was knotted at ones heading into the third period. It was Crawford's first full preseason game -- he'd played half of Tuesday's win over Detroit. Crawford is one of the NHL's most productive fantasy netminders not named Carey Price and will deliver outstanding numbers for his fantasy owners.

Crawford stopped 19 of 20 shots for Canada in Wednesday's 4-1 win over Team Europe at the World Cup of Hockey.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford wasn't pushed very hard with Canada out-shooting Team Europe 46-20 in a dominant performance. The only man to sneak one by him was Blackhawks teammate Marian Hossa. Crawford will likely give way to Carey Price in net for the remainder of the tournament.

Crawford stopped 23 of 26 shots in Monday's Game 7 loss to the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford fell into an early hole after allowing a pair of first period tallies, and though his mates were able to battle back and tie things up heading into the third, it ultimately wasn't enough as the Blues netted the series-clincher midway through the final frame. It was a rocky playoff run for the 31-year-old, allowing at least three goals in each of the final five games, but he's geared up to once again be the main man in net in Chicago heading into the 2016-17 season.

Crawford will man the net for Monday's Game 7 matchup with the Blues, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
There's no reason to expect anything different, as Crawford will be starting every postseason game for the Blackhawks until their run ends. Monday will determine whether or not we will see more of him, but he's been the better of the two netminders over the last two games to force a deciding Game 7. He will need to step up once again in St. Louis, but Crawford's experience in series-clinching games could give him an advantage over the Blues' Brian Elliott.

Crawford turned away 25 of 28 shots in Saturday's Game 6 win over the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford took a hard slapshot to the the ribs at the end of the second period, but he managed to stay in the game and battle through after getting looked at by trainers. The 31-year-old, who is sporting a .911 save percentage this postseason, has turned in two strong outings as the Blackhawks have clawed back from a 3-1 series deficit to force a Game 7. He'll need to be at his very best on Monday if Chicago hopes to complete the comeback.

Crawford was injured late in the second period of Saturday's game against St. Louis. He remained in the game after taking a slap shot in the rib area.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford is a battler and the team trainers probably got out that magic spray they use in English soccer to freeze injuries. There's a chance a near-100 mph slapper hit him square in the ribs and that could affect this availability in future contests.

Crawford will get the start in net for Game 6 against the Blues on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Crawford helped keep the Blackhawks' playoff hopes alive during Game 5 Thursday, saving 43 of 46 shots in a double overtime victory. He'll be back in the crease Saturday and will look to even the series at three. In five games against the Blues this post-season, Crawford owns a 2-3 record, to go along with a 2.36 GAA and a .914 save percentage.
