Wilson (illness) will sit out again Thursday, when the Avalanche play the Blues in St. Louis, Mike Chambers of The Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson reportedly was healthy enough to play in Tuesday's game against the Habs, but he still sat that one out. With the flu persisting, he'll presumably continue giving way to Gabriel Bourque in the bottom six, and it'll also create opportunities for another forward on the man advantage.

Wilson (illness) is listed as a healthy scratch for Tuesday's matchup with Montreal, Sean Farrell of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson was dealing with an illness, but appears healthy enough to play -- although he won't Tuesday. The winger has served as a scratch earlier in the year, so it's not surprising to see him in that role once again. Prior to picking up his flu bug, the 27-year-old tallied one power-play goal and three helpers in his last seven contests, not enough to secure a bottom-six role evidently.

Wilson will miss Monday's game against the Maple Leafs with the flu, Adrian Dater of BSN Denver reports.
EDGE Analysis
This likely won't have much of an impact on the Avalanche, or fantasy lineups. The 28-year-old has four goals on 49 shots through 35 games, and is slated onto the fourth line for Colorado. The Avalanche play Monday and Tuesday, so unless Wilson gets well quickly he might end up missing two contests with this illness.

Wilson picked up a pair of assists in Saturday's win over the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson is stuck on just 11 points in 32 games and hasn't scored since Dec.12 against Washington. He can be of use in some very deep leagues for his goal-scoring potential, but it just hasn't come together for the former Pred in a bottom-six role in Colorado. Exhibit caution, as Wilson isn't shooting much and is seeing limited minutes.

Wilson recorded a goal and three shots during Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson has struggled since arriving from the Nashville Predators during the summer with just three goals and seven points in 21 games. The first-round pick from the 2008 NHL Entry Draft will need to improve his production to have much fantasy value outside of the deepest of leagues.

Wilson scored his first goal of the season during Thursday's 6-2 rout of the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old forward now has two points in his last three games since being activated off the injured list. A streaky performer throughout his career, his fantasy value remains somewhat murky, but if he can get some more ice time as a veteran forward on a young Avalanche squad, the first-round pick from the 2008 NHL Entry Draft could carve out some fantasy value in deeper leagues.

Wilson (undisclosed) will be in action against the Senators on Friday, Dan Rosen of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson -- who has missed the Avs' previous six contests -- will no doubt be looking for his first goal of the season. The winger's offensive struggles extend beyond just finding the back of the net, as he has registered a mere two helpers in his eight appearances. For now, the former first-round pick will rejoin the power play, although if his productivity doesn't pick up soon, coach Jared Bednar may have to look for other options.

Wilson (undisclosed) has yet to practice with the team since his injury but will resume skating later this week, Mike Chambers of The Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wilson was on a small hot streak before his injury posting two points in three games, and with this update it seems he won't miss more than another week or two before he returns to the action. The 28-year-old recorded 35 points in 70 games last season for Nashville, and Colorado will certainly welcome back his point production and veteran presence to their young lineup when he's cleared to return.

Wilson (undisclosed) was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
The Avalanche will have to pluck some talent from their minor-league system, as Wilson and fellow veteran Gabriel Bourque (upper body) have been moved to IR. As for Wilson, who was formerly with the Predators, he's had a rough start to the 2017-18 campaign between this latest injury and two assists representing his only points through eight games.

Wilson hasn't registered a point through the first four games of the regular season.
EDGE Analysis
The Avalanche have surprised to start the season with a 3-1 record and 15 goals. However, Wilson hasn't got in on the action. The veteran winger is slotted into a fourth-line role at even strength, but he has averaged 2:20 of power-play time per game, so he's receiving at least some prime offensive minutes. Still, it appears like his 2014-15 campaign of 20 goals and 42 points will likely go down as a career year. Wilson isn't a strong fantasy option in the majority of settings at this stage of the game.
