Chandler Stephenson has agreed to a three-year, entry-level contract with Washington. He will close out the season with Hershey in the AHL on a tryout agreement. Stephenson recorded 30 goals and 89 points in 69 games with Regina of the WHL this past campaign. He was chosen in the third round of the 2012 draft by the Capitals.
