Janssen has been ruled out indefinitely after suffering an upper-body injury Tuesday while playing with AHL Albany, Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record reports. Janssen was waived by the Devils at the end of training camp and is strictly an organizational depth player for the team at this stage of his career. The injury will only hurt his chances of making his way back to New Jersey anytime soon.
