Anisimov has been relegated to fourth line duties in recent games which is probably not the best place for him. Expect him to get a look with Marian Gaborik at some point during the game.

Anisimov practiced with his usual line and appears to be over his sickness. The former 2nd round pick is likely to increase his points totals for the third consecutive season.

Apparently Anisimov is ill and will not play tonight. Mike Rupp takes his place in the lineup.

Rangers trainer Jim Ramsey was still tending to Anisimov late into the third period but it appears the winger is OK. Anisimov has five goals and 17 points in 25 games as he look to improve his point totals for the third consecutive season. Don't expect him to miss any playing time.
