The 30-year-old netminder will attempt to snap his four-game losing streak in a road matchup with a Blackhawks team that's only averaging 2.88 goals per game at home this year, 24th in the NHL.

Dell made 36 saves Saturday in a 2-1 overtime loss to Ottawa.

This was his first start since Feb. 25. Dell has lost four straight games, while Martin Jones has surged. The Sharks will play the hottest hand and while Dell played well Saturday, he's not putting up wins. Put him on your bench.

The 30-year-old started the second half of the season very well, but he is 1-3-0 with an .884 save percentage in his last four games. Dell has given up three goals in four of his most recent five starts. That's not going to improve his numbers, which are not much better than last season, when he submitted the worst statistical year of his career. Dell is 12-14-2 with a 2.94 GAA and .907 save percentage in 31 games this season.

Dell will guard the goal during Tuesday's road game versus the Flyers, Adam Kimelman of NHL.com reports.

Dell hasn't been great recently, suffering back-to-back losses to the Panthers and Rangers while posting a sub-par 3.58 GAA and .883 save percentage. Things are unlikely to improve Tuesday, as he'll be entering a road matchup with a Philadelphia squad that's been excellent at home this year, having posted a 21-5-4 record in 30 contests at the Wells Fargo Center.

Dell has struggled in his last 10 games -- he's 4-6 and allowed at least four goals four times in that span. The Sharks will be liquidating by Monday at deadline, so be prepared to use caution with any guy in their blue paint.
