Kerr finished the 2020 season with 32 tackles (11 solo), two sacks and one fumble forced in 13 games.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr signed a two-year deal with the Panthers last offseason and ultimately made four starts for Carolina. Despite missing three games, Kerr came two tackles shy of a new career high. He figures to remain an option alongside Derrick Brown next season.

Kerr was activated off the Panthers' reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Darin Gannt of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr has played in 11 games this season, including four starts, and his return to the active roster could not have come at a better time. Defensive tackle Bravvion Roy (elbow) is banged up so Kerr has potential to see significant reps Sunday against Washington.

Kerr (undisclosed) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear whether the 30-year-old tested positive for the virus or if he's a close contact of an infected individual. Regardless, Kerr will need to clear the COVID-19 protocols before being cleared to rejoin the active roster.

Kerr finished with eight tackles (three solo), a sack and forced a fumble in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Vikings.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr put together his best performance of the campaign, tying for second on the team in tackles while posting a sack for the second straight game and setting up a defensive touchdown with a strip during the third quarter. Those exploits should continue to earn Kerr more snaps going forward.

Kerr (toe) is active Week 9 against Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr was able to log full practices both Thursday and Friday, paving the way to be cleared for the matchup against the Chiefs despite missing Week 8 against Atlanta. The starting defensive tackle remains in search of his first sack of the season and isn't a high-volume tackler, but his return provides a boost to the Carolina rushing defense nonetheless.

Kerr (toe) was a full participant during Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
After missing last week's game against Atlanta with the toe issue, this is good news for Kerr and the team, as he logged just limited practice time Wednesday. Now appearing on track to suit up in Sunday's game against the Chiefs, expect him to handle a starting role at defensive tackle.

Kerr (toe) is inactive for Thursday night's matchup against the Falcons, Myles Simmons of the Panthers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr was listed as questionable coming into the day despite being unavailable to practice Tuesday, but it's now been confirmed that he will miss his first contest of 2020. The Delaware standout has fielded greater than 35 percent of the defensive workload in six of Carolina's seven games this season, leaving a sizeable role for rookie Bravvion Roy to fill in his place.

Kerr (toe) didn't participate in Tuesday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr has dealt with the toe injury for a couple of weeks now but hasn't missed a game. However, this is the first practice that he's missed because of the injury, although that may just be a result of the shortened practice week ahead of Thursday's tilt against the Falcons. His Wednesday practice status will be more revealing, but if he's forced to miss time, rookie Bravvion Roy appears next in line to start at defensive tackle.

Kerr (toe) is active for Sunday's game versus the Bears, Myles Simmons of the Panthers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr stayed on the practice field in a limited fashion all week and is good to go Sunday. He's only played more than 50 percent of the defensive snaps in one game this season, so the 30-year-old defensive tackle shouldn't be on IDP fantasy radars.

Kerr (toe) is officially listed as questiionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
EDGE Analysis
Kerr is expected to serve as a starter on the interior defensive line for the rest of the season with Kawann Short (shoulder) on IR, but he has been limited in practice all week due to this toe injury. If Kerr can't go, Bravvion Roy would likely fill in alongside Derrick Brown in Carolina's 4-3 scheme.
