Tyler Boyd Scores Against Ravens rotoballer.com Fri 9/14/18 1:22 PM

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd was solid against the Ravens on Thursday. Boyd finished the night with 91 yards off of six receptions, one of which resulted in a touchdown. Throughout the first two games of the season, Boyd has been targeted by quarterback Andy Dalton 14 times. With an average of 13 yards per reception and the number of looks he has been getting thus far, he should have a place on fantasy rosters in deeper PPR leagues until he shows signs of cooling off.

Week 2 Rankings Analysis - Nick Mariano vs. ECR rotoballer.com Fri 9/14/18 12:05 PM

Welcome, one and all, to the weekly piece that puts my rankings under the microscope and gives me a chance to explain myself against the Expert Consensus Rankings (ECR) found on FantasyPros. I did decently in Week 1, scoring 29th out of ~130 experts, but if I'm going to beat my 9th place finish from '17 then I've got work to do! I'll be examining my own ranks against the ECR on a position-by-position basis, as the overall and flex tabs can simply get insane with every position folded in with [...]

Fool Me Once... Sophomore Wide Receivers Set to Bust Again rotoballer.com Mon 8/27/18 4:45 AM

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me...you can't get fooled again." Unfortunately, the classic proverb from the eloquent President George W. Bush is not entirely accurate when it comes to fantasy football. Every year, fantasy gamers are sucked in by rookie hype and every year, many of them fail to live up to expectations. Frustrated gamers proclaim that they won't fall for it again! Inevitably, they always do. Devante Parker. Kevin White. Laquon Treadwell. Breshad Perriman. The list goes on a[...]

Fantasy Football Pop Quiz - AFC North rotoballer.com Wed 8/22/18 4:45 AM

Mrs. Clinton (my wife, not the politician) is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, so when she tells you that the players she wants on her team for her second fantasy season are among the many Lambeau Leapers, you might just smile politely and roll your eyes. But she'll also happily tell you about how she's hoping to get... David Njoku. It's come up quite a bit this month. She brought it up at a football game we attended where David Njoku was not in the same state. She brings it up periodically [...]

Bengals Receivers Having Good Camp rotoballer.com Thu 8/16/18 9:58 AM

Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers Tyler Boyd, Josh Malone and John Ross are all having good training camps, but Ross needs to translate it to production in games. Ross didn't have a good showing in the first preseason game and even fumbled and was involved in an interception that was returned for a touchdown. After a wasted rookie season (no catches), Ross must prove that he's healthy and a big part of the offense before fantasy owners will take notice. Speed is his biggest asset and he's still [...]

Tyler Boyd Looking to Break Out in Cincinnati rotoballer.com Tue 5/29/18 1:39 PM

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tyler Boyd should benefit from the Bengals new offensive regime. He is expected to play primarily in the slot, but could get some looks on the outside as well. Boyd had 22 catches for 225 yards and two touchdowns last season. The 2016 second-round pick is looking to break out in his third NFL season, and could be a sleeper in deeper fantasy formats next year.

Charges Dropped Against Tyler Boyd rotoballer.com Thu 3/8/18 8:37 AM

Drug charges against Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tyler Boyd were dismissed in Pittsburgh. Boyd was originally charged with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after his vehicle was wrecked in Pittsburgh in July. Boyd has maintained that he was not at the scene of the car and that a friend was driving the car instead. That friend ended up admitting it and was charged with several different things. Boyd, 23, has 76 career receptions for 828 yards and three touchdowns and [...]

Tyler Boyd Hauls in Second Touchdown rotoballer.com Mon 1/1/18 4:56 PM

This article references Tyler Boyd and more! Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tyler Boyd had his best game of the season on Sunday, hauling in five catches for 91 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown was just his second of the season and the 91 yards was nearly half his season total of 225. It was a disappointing season for the second year man, who battled injuries and lost his role as the No. 2 receiver to Brandon Lafell. Boyd has potential still, and could benefit from a coaching change in Cincinnati next season. He is a late-round flyer in d[...]Keep on reading: Tyler Boyd Hauls in Second Touchdown
