Lawrence and his teammates now return stateside after back-to-back games in London to host the Packers in Week 8.

Lawrence's final line was serviceable from a fantasy perspective as he generated his third straight two-touchdown-pass tally by connecting with Gabe Davis for scoring tosses of 21 and five yards. However, there were still too many stalled drives for the Jaguars, who punted on three consecutive first-half possessions following an opening-drive field goal. Lawrence did lead two long second-half marches that culminated in his touchdown strikes to Davis, but both came with Jacksonville facing a double-digit deficit. Lawrence's interception came in Jaguars territory as well and led to a Chicago touchdown, making it a lackluster real-world performance for the inconsistent 2021 first overall pick. He and the Jaguars will remain overseas for a Week 7 matchup against the Patriots at Wembley Stadium.

The 2021 first-round pick didn't toss his first touchdown of the afternoon until midway through the second quarter, connecting with star rookie Brian Thomas just past the midway point of the second quarter for an 85-yard catch-and-run score. Lawrence would come back with a four-yard TD toss to Brenton Strange early in the fourth quarter, and he subsequently helmed an eight-play, 39-yard game-winning march during which he recorded completions of nine, 11 and 14 yards. The latter gave the Jaguars a 20-17 lead, which looked like it might hold up until the team's defense failed to stop C.J. Stroud on the Texans' final drive. Lawrence will try to finish the job and give Jacksonville its first win of 2024 in Week 5 against Indianapolis.

Lawrence completed 21 of 38 passes for 178 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the Jaguars' 47-10 loss to the Bills on Monday night. He also rushed twice for three yards.
