Carolina Panthers wide receiver Torrey Smith (knee) is active for Week 12 against the Seahawks. Smith has been out since Oct. 21 and should help with Devin Funchess (back) being out against Seattle. However, Smith wasn't a very big part of the passing game before his injury and will remain a WR4/5 as a boom/bust deep threat. Rookie DJ Moore will probably be quarterback Cam Newton's No. 1 passing target with Funchess being inactive.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Torrey Smith (knee) hasn't played since Week 7 but is expected to suit up against the Seahawks in Week 12. Smith will be fairly low on the quarterback Cam Newton's radar and is unlikely to see a big yardage total, though he did score two touchdowns in his first seven games. Even with that being true, though, he's a low-end fantasy option this week.
