Stevie Johnson (groin) is practicing again Wednesday.
Johnson also practiced on Monday and should be close to 100 percent as the Bills come out of their bye. He has a dream matchup against the Falcons disintegrating defense in Toronto's dome Sunday, making him a fine WR3 candidate.

Stevie Johnson (groin) said he'll "definitely" be ready to play following the Week 12 bye.
Johnson will stay in Buffalo through the week off to get rehab work in. "I'll definitely be suited up," he said. "I think I'll be much better than what I was this past week." Johnson will return for a dream matchup against the Falcons reeling defense. His health -- along with the possible return of Robert Woods (ankle) -- takes some of the shine off a Marquise Goodwin add.

Coach Doug Marrone "sounded optimistic" Monday when asked about the Week 13 status of Stevie Johnson (groin) and Robert Woods (ankle).
Now on a bye, the Bills got a win and strong performance from E.J. Manuel in Sunday's game against the Jets despite missing each of their starting wide receivers. Woods has a high ankle sprain. Johnson's groin injury should wind up costing him only one game. The return of Woods and Johnson will relegate Week 11 breakout star Marquise Goodwin back to situational deep threat work.

Bills declared WR Stevie Johnson, WR Robert Woods, QB Jeff Tuel, CB Justin Rogers, RB Ronnie Wingo, CB Brandon Smith, and OL Antoine McClain inactive for Week 11 against the Jets.
The Bills will start Marquise Goodwin and T.J. Graham at wideout, with Chris Hogan likely manning the slot. Expect a run-heavy game plan from Buffalo.

Stevie Johnson (groin) has been ruled out for Week 11 against the Jets.
Johnson didn't practice at all this week after suffering his latest groin injury last Sunday. The Bills will be without both Johnson and Robert Woods (ankle), leaving receiver duties to T.J. Graham, Marquise Goodwin, and Chris Hogan. Athletic rookie tight end Chris Gragg could also enter the mix after he caught a touchdown last week. Consider Johnson more day-to-day than week-to-week.

Stevie Johnson (groin) remained sidelined at Bills practice Friday.
Johnson hasn't practiced at all this week and is likely staring at a doubtful tag on the injury report. Coach Doug Marrone already said he "doesn't feel good" about Johnson's chances of playing Sunday against the Jets. T.J. Graham, Marquise Goodwin, and Chris Hogan will be the Bills' top three receivers.

Bills coach Doug Marrone "(doesn't) feel good" about Stevie Johnson's chances of suiting up for Week 11.
"Obviously Stevie has missed two days and I don't feel good about him being able to play," Marrone said Thursday. "But I can't officially rule him out yet." There's a good chance that will happen on Friday, where Johnson will also likely be removed from Rotoworld's Week 11 ranks. With Robert Woods (ankle) already declared out, E.J. Manuel could be stuck with T.J. Graham, Marquise Goodwin and Chris Hogan as his top-three receivers against the Jets' top-notch defense.

Stevie Johnson (groin) is not practicing Thursday.
Even if Johnson somehow suits up against the Jets Sunday, it looks like he'll be at less than 100 percent. He should probably just play it safe and sit out through the Week 12 bye. That would leave E.J. Manuel with T.J. Graham, Marquise Goodwin and Chris Hogan as his top-three wideouts. Robert Woods (ankle) has already been ruled out.

Stevie Johnson (groin) and Robert Woods (ankle) both missed Wednesday's practice.
Johnson has battled groin and hip issues for much of this season and has admitted he doesn't know if he'll be able to suit up against the Jets Sunday. With the bye looming in Week 12, it would make sense for both Johnson and Woods to rest up. That would leave E.J. Manuel with T.J. Graham, Marquise Goodwin and Chris Hogan as "weapons." The Jets defense is shaping up as a nice streamer.

Stevie Johnson's latest groin injury is to his right leg.
Johnson previously battled groin and hip issues on his left side this season. "It's just one of them years," he said. "It ain't like I'm doing anything different except waking up earlier to get more treatment and doing extra work." Johnson said he's going to triple the treatment he normally gets in an effort to play against the Jets in Week 11. Note that the 3-7 Bills have a bye in Week 12.
