Davis rushed 11 times for 63 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for four yards in Sunday's 35-10 win over the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was involved early, scoring a five-yard rushing touchdown in the first quarter, but most of his yardage came later in the game after the result was no longer in doubt. James Cook (14 carries for 107 yards and a touchdown) paced Buffalo's backfield as usual, but Davis benefited from a run-heavy game plan in snowy conditions. Davis will continue to work as the team's No. 2 running back behind Cook in Week 14 against the Rams.

Davis rushed five times for 11 yards in Sunday's 30-21 win over the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was minimally involved in the Bills game plan against the Chiefs, as the rookie running back continued to operate in a limited role. The 25-year-old played just 15 of the Bills' 73 offensive snaps, the fewest of any Buffalo running back behind Ty Johnson (33) and James Cook (27). Davis remains difficult to trust for fantasy purposes while Cook is healthy. The Bills head into a Week 12 bye before hosting the 49ers on Dec. 1.

Davis rushed three times for six yards in Sunday's 30-20 win over the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Davis was minimally involved in Sunday's contest, as the rookie running back was on the field for just 11 of the Bills' 74 offensive snaps while starter James Cook played 41 snaps. As long as the latter remains healthy, the 25-year-old Davis should continue to see limited usage out of Buffalo's backfield. Davis is best viewed as solid insurance policy behind Cook going forward. The Bills will host the Chiefs in Week 11.

Davis rushed four times for 20 yards while catching both of his targets for 70 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Most of Davis' production came on a 63-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter. He finished third among Bills running backs in rushing yards behind James Cook (10 carries for 44 yards) and Ty Johnson (three carries for 23 yards). Cook will likely continue to lead Buffalo's backfield in touches as long as he's healthy, so while Davis has flashed promising skills as both a rusher and a pass catcher, the rookie fourth-round pick's short-term fantasy value is capped by a lack of opportunities.

Davis had six carries for 29 yards and was not targeted in the passing game during Sunday's 31-10 win over the Seahawks.
EDGE Analysis
After two weeks of big production -- which probably came at a cheap value in the fantasy world -- the fourth-round rookie took a clear back seat Week 8 while starter James Cook ran wild over the Seattle defense for 133 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. Davis did see action on 22 percent of the offensive snaps for the second straight week, but no matter how well Davis has been performing, this is a good reminder that this is not a timeshare in Buffalo. At the very least, Davis has used October to put himself clearly ahead of Ty Johnson (no carries Week 7 or Week 8) as the No. 2 option in the Buffalo backfield.

Davis rushed five times for 41 yards and a touchdown while catching his lone target for six yards in Sunday's 34-10 win over the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
Davis' touchdown came with just under two minutes left in the contest when the game was already out of hand. The rookie running back has now hit pay dirt twice this season while rushing for 213 yards on 51 carries so far in 2024. Teammate James Cook made his return in Week 7 after missing the previous week with a toe injury, and in doing so, reclaimed his role as the Bills' top option out of the backfield. Though Davis could see his role increase in Buffalo's offense as the season goes on, he holds the most value as an insurance policy if Cook is forced to miss time again. Davis and the Bills will visit the Seahawks in Week 8.

Davis (calf) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Titans.
EDGE Analysis
After being added to the Bills' injury report Thursday, when he was limited due to a calf injury, Davis remained limited Friday before being deemed questionable for the contest, while fellow running back James Cook (toe) didn't carry a Week 7 injury designation. With his availability versus Tennessee confirmed, Davis (who carried 20 times for 97 yards and caught all three of his targets for 55 yards while filling in for an injured Cook versus the Jets this past Monday) is in line to move back into a complementary role behind Cook in a Buffalo backfield that also includes Ty Johnson. However, the rookie fourth-rounder's respectable showing in Week 6 could result in added opportunities going forward, provided his calf issue doesn't limit him.

Davis (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Titans, Alec White of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis didn't make an appearance on the Bills' Week 7 practice report until Thursday, when he was limited due to a calf injury. He maintained that activity level Friday, and his ensuing designation leaves his status up in the air for Sunday. Coach Sean McDermott intimated as much earlier Friday, telling WGR 550 Buffalo that he wasn't sure if the rookie fourth-round pick will be available this weekend. Meanwhile, James Cook (toe) practiced fully Thursday and Friday and has been cleared to return, so he likely will assume No. 1 status out of the Bills backfield, even if Davis is active.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Friday that Davis (calf) will be limited in practice but that Buffalo is uncertain about his availability for Sunday's game against the Titans, Maddy Glab of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Davis sounds like a possible game-time decision for Sunday's home game, while James Cook resumed practicing as a full participant Thursday and appears set to reclaim his lead role versus Tennessee. Coming off a performance against the Jets in which he posted 152 yards from scrimmage, Davis could have the momentum to push for a larger backfield role, his health pending. He seems destined to carry a questionable designation into the weekend, but final clarity on his status likely will arrive about 90 minutes ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Davis (calf) was limited at practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
While Davis was added to the Bills' Week 7 injury report Thursday, James Cook (toe) -- who was inactive for Monday's 23-20 win over the Jets -- returned to a full practice. With Cook poised to reclaim his lead role in Buffalo's backfield Sunday against the Titans, Davis, if he's available, is on track to work in a complementary role this weekend after rushing 20 times for 97 yards and catching all three of his targets for 55 yards while filling in for Cook versus New York.
