Enunwa (ankle) was listed as a non-participant in Thursday's practice, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Brian Costello of the New York Post, Enunwa was spotted on the field during the open portion of practice donning a helmet, but he was apparently only able to work out on the side. Enunwa also failed to participate in Wednesday's practice, so he'll likely need to put in some activity Friday for the Jets to feel good about his chances of playing this weekend against the Bills. In addition to managing the ankle sprain if he plays, Enunwa will have to adjust to a new quarterback throwing to him, as coach Todd Bowles announced that Josh McCown would fill in as starter for the injured Sam Darnold (foot).

Enunwa (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Darryl Slater of NJ.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The same applies to fellow wideout Robby Anderson (ankle). That said, both players were able to return to action in Week 9 and in the process Enunwa played 48 of a possible 66 snaps on offense, while Anderson logged 47. With no reported setbacks for either pass-catcher, Enunwa's absence Wednesday could well be maintenance-related. That notion would be confirmed by a return to practice on his part come Thursday. Meanwhile, Jets' QB Sam Darnold is dealing with a foot strain that clouds his Week 10 status. As a result, Enunwa -- who caught three of four targets for 40 yards in this past Sunday's loss to the Dolphins -- could be catching passes from Josh McCown this weekend against the Bills.

Enunwa (ankle) caught three of four targets for 40 yards during Sunday's 13-6 loss to the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Enunwa made his return after a three-game injury absence, finishing third on the team in catches and second in receiving yardage. He accomplished the feat on just four targets as he seemingly has his workload limited in his first game back. Enunwa had a productive rapport with Sam Darnold earlier in the year and should return to the fantasy radar once he's back up to full speed. He'll look to build on this return next Sunday against the Bills.

Enunwa (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Enunwa missed the Jets' last two contests with a high-ankle sprain, but prior to that he logged 22 receptions for 287 yards and a touchdown on 42 targets over his first six games. With Robby Anderson (ankle) also active and Jermaine Kearse on hand, QB Sam Darnold will have his top three passing targets available Sunday. Enunwa is an option for those scrambling for Week 9 wideout help, but coming off an injury, he profiles as a hit-or-miss fantasy option in his return to action. On the plus side, concerns that sloppy field conditions could be on tap Sunday, appear to have been addressed, per Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald.

Enunwa (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
The same applies to Robby Anderson (ankle), with Eric Allen of the Jets' official site relaying via coach Todd Bowles that both wideouts are viewed as game-time decisions for Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff. Enunwa, who last played on Oct. 14, is bouncing back from a high-ankle sprain, so we'd like to see him get a full and productive game in before endorsing him as a fantasy lineup option.

Enunwa (ankle) was spotted at Friday's practice, but he worked on the side during the media-viewing portion of the session, according to Eric Allen of the Jets' official site.
EDGE Analysis
Enunwa is right around the early end of the estimated 3-to-4 weeks he was expected to miss with his injury, but it's looking like he will not practice Friday, and thus will not get in any work this week. Given that he has already been sidelined a couple weeks, he will almost certainly have to get some practice reps in before he is ready for game action again.

Enunwa (ankle) was a non-participant in Thursday's practice, Darryl Slater of NJ.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Enunwa was spotted with a helmet prior to the Jets' first practice of the week Wednesday, he went down as a non-participant in that session. The wideout earned the same listing again Thursday, which doesn't offer much optimism for his prospects of playing Sunday in Miami. For what it's worth, coach Todd Bowles said he was unwilling to rule out any of the Jets' injured players for the weekend, per Connor Hughes of The Athletic. Even so, Enunwa will likely need to log some form of participation in Friday's practice to have a realistic shot at avoiding his third consecutive missed game.

Enunwa (ankle) was listed as a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, Enunwa was spotted on the field with a helmet at the start of Wednesday's practice, but evidently he didn't do enough to be listed as even a limited participant. Enunwa's status for Sunday's game against the Dolphins thus remains unclear, which is also the case for fellow wideout Robby Anderson, who sat out practice Wednesday as well.

Enunwa (ankle) was present for practice Wednesday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
A high-ankle sprain kept Enunwa out for the Jets' last two games, but he appears to be trending in the right direction as Sunday's game against the Dolphins approaches. We'll circle back later Wednesday to relay Enunwa's level of practice participation, but at this stage he appears to be ahead of Robby Anderson (ankle), who was not spotted on the field Wednesday.

Enunwa (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The wideout has yet to resume practicing and will be sidelined for the second straight game with the high-ankle sprain. While the Jets seem content to take a week-to-week approach with Enunwa, there's legitimate concern that he'll be sidelined until after the team's bye in late November, according to Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports. Along with Enunwa, fellow starter Robby Anderson is nursing an injury that could threaten his availability for at least Sunday's game, which would force the Jets to rely more heavily on Jermaine Kearse and the newly signed Rishard Matthews than anticipated.
