Making his first appearance since Week 7, Thomas (shoulder) had five carries for 10 yards and six receptions for 37 yards in Monday's 34-27 loss to the Ravens. Thomas' eight targets were good for third on the team, but neither he nor Mark Ingram had much luck against Baltimore's stout front seven. Ingram finished with 27 yards on 11 carries and 15 yards on two receptions, while Travaris Cadet caught just 2-of-2 targets for 11 yards. As expected, it was Jimmy Graham and the New Orleans wideouts doing most of the damage, against a Ravens defense that's easily weakest in the secondary. Thomas still turned in a decent PPR showing, which is pretty standard when the Saints have to throw a lot of passes. He didn't appear to be affected by the shoulder, and should remain a key part of the offense in a Week 13 road game against the Steelers.

Thomas (shoulder) is listed as active for Monday's game against the Ravens, the Saints' official site reports. Thomas is back in the Saints' lineup for the first time since Week 7, but we'd like to see him get a full and productive game in working behind Mark Ingram before recommending him as an option in PPR formats.

Thomas (shoulder) is probable for Monday's game. He was a limited participant in Saturday's practice, but he should be able to take the field Monday against the Ravens. The Saints will likely feature him in the passing game, making him a viable option in deep PPR leagues.

Thomas (shoulder) was limited in practice Thursday, the Saints' official site reports. Thomas has been sidelined four consecutive games due to a rib and shoulder injury, but his return to drills points to his first game action since Week 7. When asked Thursday if he'll suit up Monday against the Ravens, he smiled and told the New Orleans Times-Picayune, "Who knows?" While his wry attitude can't be relied upon, the next two days of practice should give a good indication whether he'll make his presence felt in Week 12. However, Mark Ingram has assumed to top RB gig during Thomas' absence, which leaves the latter's potential somewhat untenable right off the bat.

Thomas (rib/shoulder) is out for Sunday's game against Cincinnati. Thomas started doing individual work this week, but he evidently couldn't gain clearance for contact. With Thomas and Khiry Robinson (arm) out, it's looking like another big workload for Mark Ingram on Sunday.

Thomas (rib/shoulder) was absent from Wednesday's practice. Although Thomas was listed as a non-participant, he fit in some individual work on the practice field Wednesday, according to ESPN.com. Clearly, the development is an encouraging one, but there's no telling when his return to game action will occur. Thomas was again joined by Khiry Robinson (arm) on the side, and until one or other is given the all-clear to suit up on Game Day, Mark Ingram (shoulder) exists as the running back of note in New Orleans.

Thomas (shoulder) is out for Sunday's game against San Francisco. Thomas is joined on the sideline by Khiry Robinson (arm), so Mark Ingram (shoulder) is expected to start despite heading into Sunday with a questionable tag. Thomas is nearing the end of the 2-to-3 week prognosis he received for his injury, so hopefully he'll be able to suit up following this game.

Thomas (ribs/shoulder) didn't participate in practice Wednesday, the Saints' official site reports. Thomas is approaching the end of his 2-to-3 week timetable for a recovery from a shoulder injury sustained in Week 7, but with no practice on the horizon, his availability for Sunday's game versus the 49ers is currently clouded. Fellow backs Mark Ingram (shoulder) and Khiry Robinson (arm) were limited or missed practice, respectively, leaving New Orleans' running back situation entirely up in the air as the week of preparation kicks off.

Thomas (shoulder) will miss two-to-three weeks after he left Sunday's game with an injury, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. With the return of Mark Ingram (hand) in Week 7, the workload distribution in the Saints' backfield was altered, but Thomas' role as a change-of-pace option (six carries, 13 yards) and pass-catcher (four receptions, 17 yards) looked to be safe in a complementary role to Mark Ingram (10 carries) and Khiry Robinson (three).

Thomas suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to the locker room in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Lions, according to NOLA.com. Thomas finished with six carries for 13 rushing yards and four catches on four targets for 17 receiving yards, before suffering the injury. Khiry Robinson lost a fumble in the second quarter, which allowed Thomas to get a few more carries, though Mark Ingram still led the team with 10. It's unclear how serious the injury is, which clouds his availability for Week 8 against the Packers, who are allowing the most rushing yards per game this season.
