O'Leary caught one of two targets for a seven-yard touchdown in Sunday's 47-10 loss to New Orleans.
EDGE Analysis
The touchdown was the first of O'Leary's career. O'Leary took the reins with Charles Clay out in recent weeks with three 50-yard games in his previous four outings. He showed on Sunday that he can still be somewhat productive with Clay back in the fold, seeing the field for 19 offensive snaps to Clay's 29, but it is also likely that Clay will begin overtaking some of those snaps in the coming weeks as he knocks off some of the rust from his mid-season knee injury. Expect O'Leary's production to decline accordingly.

O'Leary's teammate Charles Clay (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
O'Leary has been starting since Clay underwent a minor procedure on his knee, but it looks like the starter will return in at least some capacity this week. Couple that with the team debut of receiver Kelvin Benjamin and it looks like O'Leary is about to become a more minor part of the offense.

O'Leary brought in four of five targets for 51 yards in Thursday's 34-21 loss to the Jets. He also lost a fumble.
EDGE Analysis
O'Leary lost the ball on what was his longest gain of the night, a 20-yard reception with 2:42 remaining in the third quarter. The second-year tight end was stripped by Marcus Maye at the Jets' 31-yard line and the ball was recovered by Jamal Adams, snuffing out a potential scoring opportunity. O'Leary's play in Charles Clay's stead while the latter recovers from a knee injury has been solid otherwise, with the 25-year-old also having posted a combined seven receptions for 112 yards in Weeks 5 and 7. It remains to be seen if Clay is ready to return for a Week 10 battle against the Saints, but if he's unable to suit up, O'Leary would serve as a decent streaming option and DFS play in a relatively favorable matchup.

O'Leary's teammate Charles Clay (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday game against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
O'Leary is no Clay, but before last week's one-catch dud against the Raiders he'd made a decent dent in the passing game, with a 5-54-0 game against the Bengals and a 2-58-0 game against the Buccaneers. The grandson of Jack Nicklaus is still looking for his first TD of the season, but the Bills do throw to the tight end more than past seasons and he's actually probably a top-15 proposition in a week loaded with byes.

O'Leary nabbed one of three targets for five yards in Sunday's 34-14 win over Oakland.
EDGE Analysis
O'Leary took a back seat as Buffalo's ground game pummeled Oakland's front. The third-year player caught a pair of passes for over 25 yards apiece in his first start in place of Charles Clay (knee). He wasn't quite as explosive on Sunday, but appears to be getting at least one more shot with the starting job as Clay appears unlikely to return in time for Thursday's meeting with the Jets.

O'Leary brought in both of his targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Filling in for the injured Charles Clay (knee), O'Leary made both of his catches count, notching receptions of 32 and 26 yards. The 25-year-old came into 2017 with just 10 career receptions, but he's shown a knack for getting downfield with his modest opportunities over his first two-plus seasons. Clay is still considered week-to-week for the time being, but O'Leary would make for a serviceable streaming option in Week 8 against the Raiders if the former is unable to suit up.

O'Leary (undisclosed) doesn't appear on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Charles Clay (knee) sidelined, O'Leary is fully expected to get the starting nod Sunday. However, he'll have a tough matchup against a Tampa Bay defense that's held tight ends to a league-best 21.8 receiving yards per game. With that said, O'Leary seemed fully capable of playing a key part of the Bills' passing game when Clay went down in Week 5, catching five of six targets for a team-high 54 yards.

O'Leary's (undisclosed) teammate Charles Clay had his knee scoped and is set to miss multiple weeks, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
O'Leary was nicked up in Sunday's game as well but coach Sean McDermott didn't seem to express concern about it Monday and instead pointed at having confidence in O'Leary to step it up in Clay's absence. O'Leary doesn't have the pass-catching pedigree as Clay, but he's displayed nice hands since the summer and did put up a 5-54-0 line with the added opportunity Sunday. Someone has to catch the ball in Buffalo -- Jordan Matthews is also out -- so O'Leary could end up being a factor in deeper formats until Clay gets healthy.

O'Leary may have suffered an injury late in Sunday's 20-16 loss to the Bengals, Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Charles Clay (knee) exiting in the first half and failing to return, O'Leary took over as Buffalo's No. 1 tight end. The 2015 sixth-round pick limped off the field with an apparent injury of his own toward the end of the contest, finishing with five catches for a team-high 54 yards on six targets. The Bills are fortunate to have a Week 6 bye, followed by a Week 7 matchup with Tampa Bay.

O'Leary caught five of six targets for 54 yards in Sunday's 20-16 loss to Cincinnati.
EDGE Analysis
All six of O'Leary's targets came after starting tight end, Charles Clay, went down with a knee injury. The severity of Clay's injury is worth monitoring as Clay entered Sunday's game as Buffalo's leader in catches, targets, yards, and touchdowns. New offensive coordinator Rick Dennison, a disciple of Gary Kubiak, has long featured the tight end in his offense and O'Leary could slide into Clay's role if he misses extended time. O'Leary, some might remember, was a solid producer at Florida State, ranking second on the team in receptions in 2014.
