After spending his first three seasons with the Packers, Palmer joined the Titans during the offseason. He's a backup linebacker who didn't see a single defensive snap Week 1, recording his one tackle on special teams. It's unlikely he has any value in IDP leagues this season.

Palmer was held out of Monday's scrimmage with an injury to his ribs, John Glennon of The Tennessean reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Titans were likely erring on the side of caution by having the 26-year-old sit out Monday, although the extent of Palmer's injury remains unclear. Palmer is currently fighting for a spot on Tennessee's 53-man roster after being released by the Packers earlier this offseason.

Palmer was all over the field on a day where the Packers defense played pretty well despite the loss at home. The third-year linebacker now has 46 tackles on the year and he'll continue to be a staple in the middle of the Packers' defense next to Clay Matthews.
