Thomas gathered in six of eight targets for 98 yards in Saturday's 31-24 win over the Bucs.
EDGE Analysis
The standout rookie led the Saints in receptions on the afternoon, and shared the receiving yardage lead with Brandin Cooks as well. Although he didn't add to his burgeoning touchdown total, Thomas did post his third-best yardage total of the season, and now needs just 19 yards against the Falcons in Week 17 to reach the 1,000-yard milestone.

Thomas caught seven passes on 10 targets for 52 yards, including a four-yard touchdown reception, in Sunday's win against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas missed last week's game with a foot injury and was limited during practice most of this week as well. Fantasy owners who rolled the dice on him in Arizona were probably regretting that decision early in Week 15, as the rookie wide out had only two catches for 12 yards at halftime. Thomas, however, was more frequently targeted in the second half and the big-bodied receiver made his day with a four-yard touchdown -- his eighth of the season -- on a fade route in the fourth quarter. Thomas will look to continue his banner rookie campaign next week at home against a Buccaneers defense that had previously stymied the Saints offense without Thomas in Week 14.

Thomas (foot) does not have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas was forced to miss the first game of his young career last Sunday due to a foot problem, and although he was limited earlier in the week, the rookie finished with a full practice session Friday to eliminate any concern over his availability to face the Cardinals.

Thomas (foot) practiced on a limited basis Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Maintaining limited practices this week would seemingly set up Thomas for a return Sunday at Arizona, but an upgrade to full Friday could all but confirm it. Drew Brees' recent troubles have coincided with injuries in the skill-position ranks, namely to Thomas and Mark Ingram (toe/knee). Having arguably two of the Saints' top-4 offensive players in the fold in Week 15 would benefit both Brees and Thomas, who have connected on seven touchdowns this season.

Thomas (foot) was limited in practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Unable to practice until Friday last week, Thomas subsequently missed his first game of the season Sunday at Tampa Bay. Already with one limited showing under his belt, he's setting himself up for a return, but his progress over the next two days will impart whether active status is possible this Sunday in Arizona. If so, he'll aim to continue a stellar campaign in which he leads all rookies in receptions (69), targets (89), receiving yards (831), and touchdown catches (seven).

Thomas (foot) is inactive for Sunday's Week 14 tilt versus the Bucs, the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas' status was up in the air until pregame warmups, as there had been some optimism he might be able to take the field after turning in a limited session on Friday. The Saints' impressive cadre of pass catchers that includes Brandin Cooks and Willie Snead should see increased attention, but Brandon Coleman, a player similar in body type and to an extent, red zone proficiency, to Thomas, could also benefit near the goal line.

Thomas (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas' foot problem prevented him from practicing prior to Friday, when he was only able to participate on a limited basis. That lack of involvement doesn't seem to bode well for Thomas heading into Week 14, but it's also possible that the Saints decided to backload his preparation. Regardless, Thomas' questionable tag makes his situation in need of further monitoring ahead of New Orleans' 4:25 ET kickoff Sunday. Whether or not he's cleared to suit up should impact the respective share of targets Brandin Cooks, Willie Snead and Coby Fleener receive.

Thomas (foot) returned to practice Friday, The Times-Picayune's Herbie Teope reports.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas had been sidelined by a foot injury prior to Friday's practice appearance, which was his first of this week. Although taking the field marked some progress, it's unclear how involved Thomas was during the session, or if he'll be able to play this weekend versus the Buccaneers. While Friday's injury report will give him an injury designation, fantasy owners will probably have to track his situation until the Saints' 4:25 ET kickoff Sunday.

Thomas (foot) was again absent from practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
With no practice reps to date this week, Thomas isn't exactly putting himself in a position to suit up Sunday at Tampa Bay. Owners can take solace in the fact that he has one more practice to prove his health, but a foot injury doesn't lend itself to the cuts and general straight-line speed required of playing wide receiver. If he lands on the Saints' inactive list this weekend, Brandin Cooks, Willie Snead, and Coby Fleener would act as Drew Brees' top-3 targets.

Thomas missed Wednesday's practice due to a foot injury.
EDGE Analysis
Thomas has been a revelation as a rookie, surpassing 50 yards receiving nine times while reaching the end zone on seven occasions through his first 12 contests. Now with a foot injury in tow, he could be a step slower if he's able to outlast the issue and take the field Sunday in Tampa Bay. Whether he's afforded the opportunity (or not) may depend on his activity level as the week unfolds, but the likes of Brandin Cooks, Willie Snead, and Coby Fleener could be in line for increased targets, in any case.
