Crabtree caught five of his eight targets for 37 yards in Sunday's Week 1 opener against the Bengals.
EDGE Analysis
Crabtree played fairly well in his Raiders debut especially considering the fact that Derek Carr left early in this game with a hand injury. After a light workload in the preseason, it was encouraging to see the seventh-year receiver get targeted eight times. He still owns a pair of the best hands in the NFL and he's clearly one of the top two options at receiver for the Raiders. Crabtree will be a possible WR3/Flex option in Week 2 against the Ravens.

Crabtree caught just 1-of-4 passes for six yards in Sunday's preseason game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
After three preseason games, Crabtree's hauled in just three passes for 21 yards which is certainly concerning for existing fantasy owners. Although the Raiders are limiting him a bit to try and keep him healthy, Crabtree has only seen eight targets in those three games combined. The 27-year old pass-catcher is expected to start in two-wide sets, but teammate Amari Cooper saw nine targets in Sunday's game alone which would suggest that he's going to be Derek Carr's go-to option entering Week 1.

Crabtree is expected to start for the Raiders this season, ESPN.com reports. This was generally assumed when Crabtree signed with Oakland last month, but James Jones' release effectively cemented Crabtree into a starting role alongside first-round pick Amari Cooper. Crabtree disappointed in his final year with San Francisco, averaging a career-low 10.3 yards per reception with four touchdowns, forcing him to settle for a one-year, "prove it" deal this offseason.

Crabtree signed a one-year deal with the Raiders worth $3 million, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Crabtree spent his first six seasons with San Francisco but will head across the Bay to team up up with Derek Carr next season. The 27-year-old should line up alongside fellow wide receivers James Jones, Rod Streater, and Andre Holmes, leaving the potential for Crabtree to see a decent amount of passes thrown his way during the 2015-16 campaign.

Crabtree will make a free agent visit with the Raiders next week, Yahoo! Sports reports. Crabtree struggled toward 68 receptions for 698 yards and four touchdowns last year, his first full season since tearing his Achilles in 2013. Along the way, Crabtree posted a career-low 10.3 yards per reception, evidencing a lack of explosiveness following the injury. However, with the Raiders in need of pass-catching options, Crabtree would represent a steady veteran wideout to pair with James Jones, a similarly skilled player.

The 49ers have begun talking with Crabtree about a new contract, NFL.com reports.A recent report from the Sacramento Bee suggested that Crabtree is unlikely to re-sign with the 49ers, but it still makes sense for the two sides to at least touch base. A return to the Bay would seemingly cap Crabtree's upside, as Anquan Boldin is still under contract, and the 49ers will likely emphasize their running game.

Crabtree is unlikely to re-sign with the 49ers, the Sacramento Bee reports.Crabtree's tenure in San Francisco didn't lack for intrigue, but his 2014 campaign flew under the radar, with the former No. 10 overall draft pick catching 68-of-108 targets for 698 yards and four touchdowns in 16 games. Crabtree shouldn't have much trouble finding a job as a starter, but he doesn't offer much big-play ability, and hasn't looked like a true No. 1 since tearing his Achilles in spring of 2013. The 49ers still have fellow possession receivers Anquan Boldin and Stevie Johnson under contract, so a parting of ways makes sense for both sides.

Crabtree (knee) caught 4-of-4 targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over Arizona. It was an unremarkable performance Sunday, just like his season, which ends with a disappointing 68 receptions for 698 yards and four touchdowns. Anquan Boldin had his second straight 1,000-yard season in San Francisco, and thoroughly outproduced the younger Crabtree in 2014. Jim Harbaugh officially coached his last game for San Francisco on Sunday, so it will be interesting to see what the new regime thinks of Crabtree, as he'll be a free agent this offseason.

Crabtree (knee) is listed as active Sunday versus the Cardinals. Since injuring his knee on Thanksgiving Day, Crabtree has accrued 13 catches (on 18 targets) for 80 yards, and 14 of those targets occurred in a Week 14 loss to the Raiders. A reversal of fortune thus appears unlikely against an Arizona defense that has surrendered 13.0 YPC, but just one touchdown grab to wideouts in the past seven games.

Crabtree (knee) is probable for Sunday's game against Arizona. Crabtree's knee is evidently bugging him a bit, but the probable designation indicates it won't be a major factor in his Sunday performance. Still, after such a disappointing season, it's not an ideal matchup for Crabtree to face off against Arizona.
