Fantasy Points Scored - Week 13 (WR) fantasysharks.com Mon 12/1/14 3:06 PM

Donte Moncrief - Looks like Indy has decided to move on from the old (Reggie Wayne & Hakeem Nicks) and see what a young healthy WR can do when catching passes from Andrew Luck. Kenny Stills - Is turning out to be more than just a speed guy. Marqise Lee - With Allen Robinson done for the season, Lee is the best WR on the Jags roster. Now if only he can stay healthy. Michael Crabtree - Time to cease starting Crabtree on your fantasy team. This warning comes a bit late to save most of you, my bad. Jaron Brown - Had a career day versus the Falcons. Just don't go chasing Week 13's stats. The Fantasy Barometer - Week 13 fantasysharks.com Fri 11/28/14 9:06 AM

After annihilating Michael Crabtree's soul on the biggest stage possible, I loved Richard Sherman. Then after the constant overexposure and overpaid contract, I hated him. Now, after the brilliant press conference with cardboard Doug Baldwin, I love him all over again. All is forgiven. Sorry, I don't have an interesting intro ready for you this week, so let's get right to it! Oh yeah, Happy Thanksgiving. Okay, now we can start. Quarterbacks Philip Rivers (Week 12 vs. St. Louis: 291 Yards, 1 TD, 1 INT): In his last three games, Rivers has 207 yards per contest, 2 touchdowns, and 5 turnovers. He's still in the top-12 among QBs in total points scored thanks to his sparkling first six weeks of the season, but he's rapidly falling. I think some sort of injury is clearly significantly compromising his effectiveness. As has been the case for a while, Rivers continues to be a physical liability. On paper, he's a decent start this week against a soft Ravens pass defense that he has historically done well against, but I would prefer to look elsewhere. He just can't be trusted right now. Bench Eli Manning (Week 12 vs. Dallas: 338 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT): What is it with Eli's receiving targets and having a short shelf life? Not a one of Plaxico Burress, Steve Smith, Hakeem Nicks, or Victor Cruz has managed to have more than three seasons of fantasy relevance in a Giants uniform. Here's hoping the incredible Odell Beckham Jr. can last longer. But for the time being, Beckham is in the process of reviving his quarterback's fantasy value. Eli is now posting low-end QB1 numbers. There's an element of risk in actually using him, as evidenced by the 5-interception debacle in Week 11, but he's a strong play in 2-QB leagues and not a terrible matchup play in 12-man 1-QB leagues. In Weeks 15 and 16, the Giants face Washington and the Rams, who are allowing the 3rd and 10th most fantasy points to quarterbacks. If you're going to the playoffs and you've got an unreliable starter (Cam, Kaepernick, Rivers, etc.), Eli is not a terrible alternative. U sable Matchup Play Running Backs Latavius Murray (Week 12 vs. Kansas City: 112 yards, 2 TDs): Murray did all of that damage with only four carries before leaving the game with a concussion. He actually scored more fantasy points with those four carries than Andre Johnson has in his last five games combined. Seriously. That's, uh, that's something. He's questionable to play this week against a stout Rams front, but I'm still ...
