The Baltimore Ravens did not exercise wide receiver Breshad Perriman's fifth-year option for the 2019 season. Perriman hasn't earned it after recording only 43 catches for 576 yards and three touchdowns after being selected 26th overall in the first round in 2015. After all the wideout additions Baltimore made in free agency (Michael Crabtree, John Brown, Willie Snead), Perriman is certainly no lock to make the final roster out of training camp this summer.

The Oakland Raiders exercised wide receiver Amari Cooper's fifth-year option on Monday. Even after posting career lows in catches (48) and yards (680) in 2017, the Raiders had planned to do this all along. With Michael Crabtree now out of the picture in Oakland, Cooper is expected to become even more of a focal point on offense under new head coach Jon Gruden.
