Mack carried the ball three times for 15 yards and caught two of three targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-28 loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran back didn't see action until Mike Boone was carted off with an ankle injury in the second quarter, but Mack capitalized on his opportunity by taking a screen pass from Russell Wilson (concussion) 66 yards for a TD on the Broncos' first possession of the second half. It was Mack's first trip to the end zone since 2019, his final healthy season with the Colts, and the explosiveness he flashed on the touchdown was certainly reminiscent of that 1,000-yard campaign. Regardless of Boone's availability Week 15 against the Cardinals, Mack could push Latavius Murray for touches in the Denver backfield after this performance.

Mack rushed two times for three yards and secured his only target for six yards in Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Ravens.
EDGE Analysis
Mack played just five of the Broncos' 53 offensive snaps Sunday, operating as the No. 3 running back. The veteran recorded two rushes and one catch in each of his first two games with Denver. With Latavius Murray dominating touches out of the backfield and Mike Boone slotting in as the team's top backup, Mack's opportunities for meaningful production should remain limited going forward. Barring injuries to Murray and Boone, the 26-year-old should be far off the fantasy radar when the Broncos host the Chiefs in Week 14.

Mack rushed two times for seven yards and secured his only target for five yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
Mack played just six of Denver's 60 offensive snaps in his debut with the Broncos, operating as the backup to Latavius Murray. The veteran running back's three touches out of the backfield were a distant second behind Murray's 14 touches in the contest. Mack's limited upside in a struggling offense could be capped even more with Mike Boone's possible return from injured reserve in Week 13. Nonetheless, the 26-year-old Mack will try to establish himself as a contributor in the Broncos' new-look running back rotation in a Week 13 matchup against the Ravens, though he faces an uphill battle to fantasy relevance.

Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett said Friday that Mack will have a role in the game plan in Sunday's matchup with the Panthers, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports. "He's going to have to go in there and take advantage of this opportunity...he's got a little extra burst," Hackett said of Mack.
EDGE Analysis
Denver signed Mack off San Francisco's practice squad Oct. 24, but the veteran running back has been a healthy inactive for each of the Broncos' subsequent three contests. However, with the Broncos waiving Melvin Gordon and placing Chase Edmonds (ankle) on injured reserve in recent days, Mack looks set to operate as the primary backup to starter Latavius Murray in Week 12. Though Murray projects to see most of the touches out of the backfield, he's averaging just 3.3 yards per carry through five games with Denver, so his grasp on the lead role would appear to be weak. With that in mind, Mack could have the chance to displace Murray atop the depth chart if he takes advantage of the opportunities he receives Sunday. However, both Murray and Mack could be challenged for work as soon as Week 13, when Mike Boone (ankle) is eligible to return from IR.

Mack is likely to work as the backup to Latavius Murray in Week 12 against the Panthers, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mack slides up to second on the depth chart following the cut of Melvin Gordon and Chase Edmonds' high-ankle sprain. Devine Ozigbo is a candidate to be elevated from the practice squad against Carolina to compete with Mack for playing time behind Murray. Mack has yet to register a rushing attempt in 2022.

Mack (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars in London, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though Mike Boone's (ankle) recent move to injured reserve opens up a spot for a third running back in Denver, Mack looks like he'll have to wait until after a Week 9 bye to make his Broncos debut after he was signed off the 49ers' practice squad Monday. Mack's lack of utility on special teams may have been a factor in him sitting out in London, as the Broncos are opting to keep Devine Ozigbo active in London as the No. 3 option behind Melvin Gordon and Latavius Murray.

Mack could garner some snaps in the Broncos' backfield in Week 8 against the Jaguars, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mack was signed to the Broncos' active roster Monday after the team acquired him from the 49ers' practice squad, and head coach Nathaniel Hackett said Friday that the running back is "definitely an option" to play Sunday versus Jacksonville. Mack will likely operate as the third fiddle behind Melvin Gordon and Latavius Murray in Week 8, greatly limiting his upside.

Denver signed Mack to the active roster off the 49ers' practice squad Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Mack is set to fly with his new team to London on Monday in preparation for a Week 8 matchup against the Jaguars. The veteran's chance in Denver comes following an ankle injury to Mike Boone, the severity of which has yet to be determined. If Boone can't go versus Jacksonville on Sunday, Mack could see work in a backfield led by Melvin Gordon and Latavius Murray.

Mack was signed to the 49ers' practice squad Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Mack will return to 49ers after being released by the team Tuesday, joining their practice unit. The running back seems to have fallen out of favor in San Francisco's backfield and will now operate as an extreme depth option behind starter Jeff Wilson.
